AI processing. Your answers are processed by Anthropic's AI (the same technology behind Claude) to generate your pattern diagnosis. Anthropic does not store or train on API data. Their privacy policy applies.

Optional email only. At the end, you can choose to leave your email if you want to be contacted about a session. That is entirely optional and the only data that is ever stored — nothing else.
